Akash Kagliwal, BA (Hons) International Business, from Regent Business School, London; joined the Group business, since more 18 years now. For the last 15 years, responsible for management of all day-to-day affairs of the group as a whole. A Strong business development professional - Mr. Akash Kagliwals' Skill in Strategic Negotiations, Risk Management, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Business Model Innovation and Manufacturing. ; will take the Group to new heights.

Mr. Mahesh Mehta, is B.Sc, LLB & MA ( Eco ) ,ACS. AICWhas a vast experience of around 31 years in the field of Finance and Administration. He has got hands-on experience in financial structuring and turn arounds Mr. Mehta had held several key positions in the group itself as well as various other organizations

Mr. Abhaykumar Jain, M.E ( Industrial Production ) from BITS , Pilani . He is having 32 years of experience in Chemical Industry. He looks after the Chemical Unit of our Company and dedicated for Production / R&D / Projects & overall administration. He is also on the Board of the amalgamating company, Nath Industrial Chemicals Limited.

Mr. Salgia has got around 30 years of rich and overall experience in the paper industry. His expertise in the field of import-export and other commercial areas is commendable. Mr. Salgia's main forte is materials management such as procurement of raw material - domestic as well as overseas, apart from monitoring marketing department, advising and evolving proper export-import policy, proper dealing with Government bodies like Customs, DGFT, forex etc.

Mr.Vijay Saboo is a Chartered Accountant and Vice President Finance in the Company, He has got 20 years of experience in Project Finance, Treasury Management, Working Capital Management and Direct and Indirect Taxation.

B A (Hons.), D M M , Vice President ( Marketing) . Joined the Paper Division of the Group in 1986 . He has 36 years experience in various types of Paper and Paper Boards Marketing with rich back ground of work stint with many Paper mills .He looks after Domestic and Export business of the company and is Go Getter type of results oriented person.

A techno-commercial entrepreneur , he is an engineer from Pune Institute of Computer technology and a gold medalist in MBA finance (Investment Banking) from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR).With nearly 15 years of industry experience, He spearheaded the company's foray into specialty coated papers. Overseeing all aspects of Thermal Paper business, he is responsible for business strategy, alliances, products and innovation, business processes, operational excellence and strengthening the company’s capabilities in the Paper sector.

A post graduate in management, Mr. Hurgat brings in a rich experience of 40+ years. He has headed various departments like Materials, Marketing and Commercials and has been an important part of the Leadership team at the company during his tenure. He completed lot of Projects in Nath Group successfully. He has an in-depth knowledge of the industry best practices and a stellar experience of working with many stakeholders delivering on his work consistently.
